„Unser sch\u00f6nes Familienunternehmen“<\/h2>\n

Ich lebe meinen Traum in unserem sch\u00f6nen Familienunternehmen, das 1955 von meinem Gro\u00dfvater Jan van Veen gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Ich habe schon in jungen Jahren in der Produktion der beiden Fabriken angefangen,\u00a0und seit dem 1. Januar 2026 \u00fcbernehme ich die Rolle des Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrers (CEO). Damit habe ich den Staffelstab endg\u00fcltig von meinem Vater John \u00fcbernommen, der f\u00fcr das Wachstum des Familienunternehmens verantwortlich war, das nun seit \u00fcber 70 Jahren aktiv ist. Durch meine Erfahrung in der Produktion wei\u00df ich, was vor sich geht. Gemeinsam mit Erik, meinem Kompagnon seit 2022, bilden wir ein gutes Team und erg\u00e4nzen uns perfekt, um weiter an der Zukunft des Unternehmens zu bauen. Unser Auftrag ist mir daher sehr wichtig. Kundenspezifische Gesamtl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Lebensmittelindustrie innerhalb einer engagierten und ehrlichen Organisation anzubieten, in der die Kollegen im Mittelpunkt stehen.<\/p>\n

„Mein Lebenswerk“<\/h2>\n

1980 begann meine Karriere bei der heutigen DKB BV, die sp\u00e4ter zu meinem Lebenswerk werden sollte. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte mein Schwiegervater Jan van Veen bereits seit 30 Jahren sein Lebenswerk vollbracht, indem er erfolgreich Mehrwegbrot zu Paniermehl machte. Im Alter von 22 Jahren bekamen meine Frau Arna und ich die ersten Anteile an der Firma, die sich im Laufe der Jahre zu einem herzlichen Familienbetrieb entwickelt hat. Als Eltern sind wir stolz und dankbar, einen Nachfolger gefunden zu haben: Unser Sohn Bj\u00f6rn wurde 2020 offiziell Mitinhaber, er war derzeit ebenfalls 22 Jahre alt. Um den Staffelstab rechtzeitig vollst\u00e4ndig zu \u00fcbergeben, haben wir in Erik van de Brink den perfekten Begleiter gefunden, mit dem unser Unternehmen wie ein solides Haus steht. Ich bin davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass damit unser Ziel „Kundenorientierung“ und „f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter da sein“ gew\u00e4hrleistet ist. Mit Zuversicht in eine Zukunft voller Wachstum, Gl\u00fcck und Gesundheit!<\/p>\n
