This street food is made of pieces of fish, battered and then deep-fried. And is served with a delicious sauce.
This fish product features a two-step coating system. First, the fish pieces are passed through the predust, then through the baking flour after which they are deep-fried. After frying, drain the pieces. If desired, the fish product can then be enhanced with extra flavor using the Master Spice Kibbeling.
